the following is the most recent information provided
from United Cooperative Services (UCS):
The take rate needed for UCS to build out for The Ranch and The Harbor (all represented as The Ranch) is currently 32% of the goal needed. It shows that UCS needs 102 more members to sign up.

When it comes to the actual construction of the fiber to your areas, UCS tries to follow electric as much as possible, that means UCS goes underground (UG) when electric is UG and would place our handholes next to transformers. UCS offers 3 different plans for residential accounts

Beau has a new owner!

Ava Hopkins had a special surprise for her birthday! While the Haggar family has owned and loved Beau for many years, they found an equally loving family with the Hopkins. We at The Ranch are happy that we get to continue to see and care for Beau on a daily basis.
