HAPPY EASTER!
See you Saturday!

>> NOTICE - POOL CLOSED <<

The Ranch is getting ready for the Summer!  The pool will be drained next week in preparation to having it replastered along with two of the spas.

The estimated timeframe for the project is two weeks.

Amenities Committee Report

The Ranch Owners Board appointed a committee to review and recommend amenity upgrades and additions to The Ranch. The committee reviewed several possibilities for the tennis/ pickle ball courts, swimming area facilities, work out facility, and possible paddle board storage.

Amenity upgrades would be funded by future lot assessments.  The committee will recommend specific projects to the Ranch Board in the coming months.

Conceptual designs were presented at the annual meeting in February and can be seen by clicking the link below.

The following is the website if you are interested in UCS

For those that have inquired about fiber optics internet,

the following is the most recent information provided

from United Cooperative Services (UCS):

The take rate needed for UCS to build out for The Ranch and The Harbor (all represented as The Ranch) is currently 40% of the goal needed.  It shows that UCS needs 91 more members to sign up.

When it comes to the actual construction of the fiber to your areas, UCS tries to follow electric as much as possible, that means UCS goes underground (UG) when electric is UG and would place our handholes next to transformers. UCS offers 3 different plans for residential accounts.
